Marquees UNICO – colourful marquees for memorable events

A marquee provides shelter for your guests. A UNICO marquee also helps set the scene. With a choice of colours, extra-large Georgian-style windows and decorative details, the series offers a distinctive alternative to the classic white event tent.

UNICO marquees have a galvanised steel frame and a waterproof 300 g/m² PVC/Polyester cover. They are suitable for weddings, garden parties, anniversaries, receptions and other temporary events where the appearance of the space matters alongside its practical use.

Choose a colour that suits the occasion

The colour of a marquee affects how it looks in the garden and how the space feels inside. A light shade can provide a calm setting for a wedding dinner, while a darker colour can give a reception or evening party a more striking appearance. Check the available colours for each size before planning the rest of your setup.

The large Georgian-style windows let daylight into the marquee and offer a view of the surroundings. For an evening event, you can add lighting and decorations to create a different atmosphere after dark.

Arrange the space around your guests

UNICO works for both private celebrations and professional events, including company parties and hospitality areas. Tables, chairs, flooring, lighting and suitable heating can help turn the covered space into a comfortable venue for your guests.

The sidewalls are divided into sections, so you can remove individual sections to open the marquee towards the garden on a calm day. Fit them when you want a more enclosed space. Plan the layout around how guests will use the marquee, including access to seating, a buffet or a bar.

Is UNICO the right marquee for you?

Choose UNICO when colour, daylight and the overall look of the event space are priorities. If you prefer a classic white marquee for repeated practical use, explore the traditional PVC range. For frequent commercial use or rental, check the Semi PRO and PRO ranges against your requirements.

If you need to change the length of a marquee between events, CombiTents® offer a modular option. For quick setup and easier transport, a FleXtents® pop-up gazebo may be more suitable. Consider how often you will use the structure, how you will transport it and how much space your guests need before choosing a series.

Find the right size

Start with your guest count, then consider the event layout. A seated dinner needs room for tables, chairs and walkways. A standing reception may need less space per guest, but a buffet, bar, dance floor or presentation area will add to the space required.

Measure the setup area as well as the marquee itself. Leave room around it for assembly, anchoring and safe access, and check the dimensions and details of the model you intend to buy.

Assemble and use your marquee safely

UNICO marquees are intended for short-term, temporary use. Assemble and anchor the chosen model according to its instructions, using fixings suited to the ground conditions. Although the cover is waterproof, the marquee should not be used in strong winds, heavy rain, snow or other severe weather. Check the forecast and follow the model’s safety guidance before and during the event. Buy now
