Estimated delivery time is stated in the Checkout after entering your destination. Upon receiving your full payment for the order including the cost of freight, we dispatch your shipment. Your order will be sent 'Cost and Freight - CFR' – meaning that we, the seller, arrange for the carriage of goods to be sent by sea to a port of destination and provide you, the buyer, with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. Under CFR, we the seller do not have to procure marine insurance against the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit.

You will receive shipping information from the relevant carrier or transport company stating a more precise time of delivery based on their logistics. Please note that all questions concerning delivery must be directed to the carrier, as FleXtents will not hold the relevant information in order to help you.

Your shipment will be sent CFR to a port specified by you at Checkout. In short, FleXtents arranges for the carrier of goods to deliver your shipment to port and provide you, the buyer, with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. Please note that local tax, duties, and handling are not included in the stated price!

On your invoice, you will find land of origin and custom codes used for calculating local tax, duties etc.

We have the vast majority of our products in stock. Products in stock are shipped the following working day after we have received your full payment i.e. price of products and cost of freight.

Delivery costs

Prices in the shop are always displayed without cost of freight. The freight costs are calculated based on weight and volume of the total order. You can see the cost of freight in Checkout after entering your destination.
