At FleXtents, we are always ready to help and handle your enquiry. We try to process all enquiries, questions and claims within 24 hours.
However, if your enquiry is about your delivery we like to inform you that in most cases you have to start looking at the Track and Trace information you have received from the carrier responsible for the actual delivery.
Every time we dispatch an order from our warehouse, you as the client will receive a text message or a mail stating the actual Track and Trace number – normally the parcel number. Does your order include more than one parcel; you will receive a separate number for each parcel. Please note that sometimes all your parcels will not be delivered at the same time for various reasons. So if you want to track your order please use all the relevant numbers to get the complete overview.
